having a mixture of feelings running through me.
i have got so much to say, yet i duno where to begin

for the past few days, many things had been happening
but i shan't talk about all those saddening events that had happened

XINFONY VI SIMPLY ROCKS! thanks to everyone for your support, esp 4e2 (x

actually the day didn't started very well.
i din go to school because i still got letters to rush on
i woke up at 6am to rush them, but i still couldn't finish them before 9am
actually, i wanted to go earlier tyo practise a little, but...
and i was supposed to go to school with cheryl, but i couldn't make it :(
then carol called me and say she cannot find her court shoes.
omg. in the end she exchanged with shi hui in between the concert

anyway, i was finally done at around 10am
quickly get on my way to school
i was so scared that i would be late
i was like running a marathon.
i went to my dad's shop to get something.
then next, i walked back to school as quickly as possible
it was so hot and tiring...

when i reached the bus stop i saw shona.
then we walked to the school together.
but i duno why she keep hiding behind me. lols
then we saw yiying at the school gate
then carol came too.
lols the four of us just so coincidentally met each other (:

when i reached band room, it was so filled with people, instruments and bags
everything seems so messy lahh haha
den i quickly put down my stuff and ran to the class to hand in my acknowledgement slip
and of coz, i ran back to the bandroom

shifted the instruments
then we started exchanging gifts.
i was feeling really happy when i was like a santa claus. lols
i mean really happy.

then next we set off to VCH
when we have reached, we went to put down our things and went to help out with the instruments.
then next we were setting up.

percussion section was located at the back which was different from previous years
the space was so cramp can?
then we also struggled with the accessories table.
every year we will have troubles with that table lols
and finally we are done! =D

then we went through the movements etc
and practised some pieces
at the last minute, looney tunes was being removed because mr tan says that it is risky to play this piece :(
but nvm, the concert still rocks! =D

soon, we went to change
yiangshan( the chun zhang =D) , yingxin and me went had a big room to ourselves and we changed there =)
the first year that i dun have to wait to change.
went to eat our dinner. i was soworried that i can't eat the dinner because of my face
oh yah, something horrible happened to my face lahh..
so i can't eat chicken, egg and of coz seafood.

luckily there was fish`n` chips. lols
but everything turned cold le.
you know there was no lunch provided lo
and all of us were so hungry and thirsty during the rehearsal
i think that's why many people were having headache..

anyways, after dinner we went to spray glitter !(while waiting for our turn to rehearse the ensemble)
it ended up that our blazer were glittering too xP
and yeling got her hair sprayed with so much on one side of her hair.
it was so concentrated that it looks like coloured hair.
we can see the blue and green so vividly

finally we got our turn to rehearse.
it wasn't that good cuz i forgot my notes! >.<

after that it was end of all the rehearsals.
we are all waiting for the concert to begin.
before that i went out to look for sanva, cuz fadhli have to pass the black pants to him.
instead, i saw kailin, wuzhen, shuyi, yingting and cuiyun! LOLs
then they passed me the flower and chocolates (x
thanks a lot man! (X

then i went back to backstage
all of us were waiting so anxiously for the concert to begin.
we were trying to keep ourselves relaxed.

then before we went up to stage, the percussion section put all our hands together and did the "jiayou jiayou!" thing
too bad yeling and carol were at the other side of the backstage.
so bad lah separate us.
but nvm. as long as we are together mentally is enough (:

the first part of the concert was over SO QUICKLY
i mean really fast.
Mistakes here and tehre was hard to avoid
u know the parts that i usually couldn't play, i played it well ytd.
then those that i could play, i screwed them up!
so weird!

then it was junior band and brass quintet

-intermission-
everyone is like givng flowers etc. lols
very crowded loh..
then i went out and saw felicia!
and shirley passed my another flower (:
so touched. haha
cuz i only got to know her during the hols self study prog and she gave me the flower~

and bernice was apologising that she din prepare one for me.
it's really okay (:

i quickly asked carol yeling and carol to go back to get ready for bayport sketch!
so jing zhang lo..hahaha
the audience took so long to settle down =X
finally it was time to start!
and the audience started to shout names
even MR LIM! lols =D

although the ending got some mistakes lahh..hahaha
but overall all of us are happy about it.
most importantly, we enjoyed it =D

next was X-winds
they were terrific (:
then soon it was the graduation piece.
i was the last you know. lols
and i heard people shouting my name lols (:
actually everyone's name was being shouted
we have a group of wonderful audience, don't we?

after that was just total madness.
they just keep on shouting name during the main band performance.
and i there were also people shouting Mr Tan
and i least expected it to be my classmates
LOL -.-

Pirates of the caribbean is just superb!
I really like this piece other than bayport sketch.
it's just so exciting loh..haha
love it mans!
especially the end whereby i can enjoy totally cuz i got no part.
but i also like my part.
coz i helped to bring up the climax yah? xP
wadever lah..hahahaha

and finally ENCORE!
spongebob squarepants!
i really screamed my hearts out!hahaha

and just like every year, the school song will be played,
it would be the only time that u would hear everyone singing so loudly (X

when the concert is over, here comes the cheering!

then we had a big band family photos (Junior band, Main Band and X-Winds) with Mrs Low, Mr Rodrigues (I/C for lightings), Mr Chia (in charged of photography) and of cuz all the teachers- in-charge!

this concert is really very memorable that i can't stop thinking about it.

when we were packing up, wz called me to go and take class photo
but i tink percussion section were taking 6/7 generations of percussionists photo
but chun zhang wasn't in the photo.
she angry that we not helping to keep the instruments >.<

so quickly go help
den i forgot about the class photo until jon came and call me go and take photo
actually we asked mrs song along, but i duo wad happened lah.
we were looking for sanva. then jon zhixiang and me just went out and mervis went to look for sanva i tink. then i duno wad happen to mrs song lah =X

anyways, took a lot of pictures!
cuz a lot of cameras -.-
kian pang was helping us to take.
lols. he couldn't go back becoz of us =X

then i quickly ran back.
i felt so guilty lo. cuz i din help much in the shifting of instruments.
but i did help (:

by then, everyone was so tired.
my headache was back and it was terrible.
actually i was bearing with the pain throughout the concert
then there was once before i went onto the stage, mrs song asked if i was okay =x

finally we got onto the bus and made our way back to school
and i finally got my chance to eat my medicine >.<

on our way back, we entertained the sec 1s and x-winds members by singing a medley of chinese songs LOL
and we even sing the school song.
total madness lah =P

and ZONG YU, we reached the school!
but the bandroom wasn't open
so waited and waited.

when it was open, we start to shift back the instruments.
i can tell u it was in a total mess lo.
the next day the teachers are having meeting in the bandroom and aesthetic room
so we have to put away all the instruments.
all the other sections occupied all the space, and percussion is like we duno was to do loh
then mdm ida was rushing us.
we got so many things to shift!
and the band store is filled with people, how are we going to keep our things?

in the end, we just anyhow put lo.
monday shall go back and arrange.

reached home at around 12plus
went to bathed and waited for my hair to dry..
i was looking at the things i have got lahh

i just can't stop thinking abt wad happened on xinfony VI

the whole of today, i kept sleeping.
but i was still so tired
tuition, i kept dozing off..
at grandma's hse, my aunt laughed at me because i dozed off while im eating =X
seriously very tired.

summore this morning i wanted to sleep more, but i just couldn't
so i just woke up loh.
and went to school to help out in the deco
but din really do much
cuz grace and ruisheng took so long to buy the materials.
then i have to go for tuition, so i left before they came back
basically, i din see them at all.
but at least, i help to pack the cupboard and swept the floor?

regarding the class issue, i have said wad i want to say in the class blog.
it's all about whether u want it onot.
i dun want to repeat myself again.

ANYWAYS, i would like to thank many many lovely people
Mr Brando Tan for putting so much effort to guide us, putting up with us and makingso much sacrifices
Mrs Song, Mdm Foo, Mdm Ida and Mr Ng for making this concert possible
My dear sectionmates for being such wonderful people! We simply rock the whole world!
And of cuz all the XMSB and X-winds members for the efforts and sacrifices put in.
Not to forget each and everyone who has always been so supportive for the band!
And also the audience have once again made this concert a FULL HOUSE! (:
