feeling TIRED (as usual)
early in the morning woke up for band..
hMm..then we have to sign in when we enter the school lo..kinda troublesome..
is like all the band members writing " band band band" down the column for purpose or wad lah..
then cheryl and i din noe until we went to the band room.
heard the sec 2s toking abt it..so we went out to sign in..

saw kailin walking in..
she was holding a pole..so funny..haha
she was the first one to reach for the mass cleaning..
so anyways, i wentback to bandroom.
packed all the stuff needed and settled down.
when yeling came, she was trying to hide her black ankle socks..lolz
she said she cannot find white socks..
and she was like asking the guys if they can lend her their socks -___-
but still, she ended up with her black socks?
carol wanted to cut her socks.dortx...

the band took so long to get ready.
cuz a few ppl nvr hand in consent form..so..delay delay..
and of cuz some ppl were late lah..

finally we could assemble in the foyer..
then i saw 4e1 and 4e2 starting to clean the classroom?
duno wad they doing also lah..haha
then we board the bus? den had our way to chong boon

the exchange was damn funny..
first we had our sectionals with the other percussion sections from chongboon, whitley and monfort..

that tutor dun have the tutor look..=S
he doesn't even noe how to hold the sticks properly...DORTX
then we did strokings..blahblahblah..
and then we split into more sections..
like mallets, snare drum, bass drum, timpani, cymbals and tamb..
i din tink i learnt anything lehhs.
as in, i tink they are still not experienced enough to coach us?

then next, the tutors performed. they sight read.
i was totally engrossed in percussion section only lah. din really take note of the tone, etc
the percussion section is so luan lo..and they din play the crash cymbals part =(
cuz not enough ppl..oh well
Sg rhap still acceptable lah..as in percussion section
then the funny part was when they playing emperata!
All the xinmin ppl went up to see how they play..
AND perc section ended up telling the tutors how to play! LOL

i know i was very mean to laugh at them (OPPZ!)
but it was really funny lorhs! that bass drum player played okay..den when they reach the woodblock part, she used the bass drum beater to hit the woodblock! and of cuz no sound came out..
the second time is even funnier! she was like how to play woodblock ar?? and she used the back of the beater and she just any-oh-how hit the woodblock(vertically) with a 'tok' that came out absolutely out of place..

the snare drum player was funny also..
he duno how to play 9/8 bar and 7/8 bar. OH MY
and he kept getting lost. and he din noe the rhythm. and he went WTF when he was playing =X LOL
and i was laughing so madly =X OPPZ

den biing yih was playing the crash cymbals for them! (=
baozhen was also playing the suspended cymbal.

and carol told us that that tutor that they call him ah beng tutor.
he was the one who taught us the strokings and stuff..
and he din noe how to play the toms. OH GOSH!
all of us was like telling them where it is and trying to tell them how to play the rhythm..OMG! hahaha..

after that, the four schools took turn to play our set and choice piece..
whitley perc section look STIFF. really...
they look like statues..esp that crash cymbal player..
he was like duno when to come in and stuff..or come in wrongly..
even WORST, when there's cymbals part he din noe..SO WEIRD.
i tot by now they shd be like SUPER familiar with the whole like us lo..

when it was xmsb turn to perform.
i was kinda worried about my cymbals part.
but i tink okay lah, except that the volume is not constant..tink is because never play it for some time le bah..so lost control..
and the triangle i duno why i came in early..too nervous i guess.

for emperata..
carol, yeling and me duno wad was mr brando tan doing.
so the very first beat i played was completely off
but after that was okay lah..
and i still tink xmsb de percussion rocks so much..wahahaha xP
yeah!

then other schools i heard ppl saying they good lah..but i nvr really listen..
as i have mentioned, i was too engross listening to percussion section..

Oh yeah, the chongboon ppl gave us souvenir. so coOl..
is like each section de...lol
but we din prepare anything for them =S

and then we head back to school.
this time when we reach the school, saw 4e1 and 4e2 in a big mess..
all the tables, chairs and cupboard were outside.
din get a chance to help..cuz mr chia is rushing us to leave the school.
and by the time band was released, i saw the class got nobody le..

but anyways, manshan, baozhen carol, yiangshan and me went to the coffeeshop to eat lunch.
FINALLY i din eat the carrot cake anymore.lol
cuz everytime i go there, i would go and order a plate of carrot cake..
so today i ate chicken rice instead =)
and after lunch, ys went back to erm, put her chocolate and change her clothes.
so carol and i was waiting for her..
we saw the school gate still opened, so we went in..
then carol said want to see my class, therefore we went to 4e2..
and i saw all the tables super luan lo..
i duno wad they going to do on monday..oh gosh!

i msged gohchern and asked her...
then she told me we are not going to wear our shoes inside the class anymore.
with effect frm monday! i was like HUH?!?!?!
no matter how clean it is, it will still be dirty somehow..
she said they bought slippers.
aiyah..duno lah..
i tink need to take off shoes or wear shoes very troublesome lo..
i mean is like i always go in and out of the class during lesson time..
go 4e3 need to take off. now 4e2 also need to take off..
band room also need to take off.
bandroom i still can understand..
BUT i simply dun understand why we have to do it for classrooms.
I tink they feel that after cleaning until so xing ku, so they want the class to be clean forever..
BUT i still dun see the point.

If they insist on that idea, i also got nothing to say lo..haix..
I mean is like if got visitors come in how??
teachers how??
from the parade square, i duno how much dust can be brought into the class le
NVM, no point crapping so much here.
i tink is a taking off shoe year for me.. =x

so where was i? totally out of point le..
hMm..oh yah. so carol, ys and me went to causeway pt to buy presents.
i wonder why all my dear juniors are born during february..the dates are so near summore. i just realised a few days ago that manshan birthday was on the 3 feb!
ANOTHER feb baby..-___-

so we spent VERY LONG to hunt for presents for manshan baozhen and hoiting.
cannot say wad we buy lah. if not dun have the shen mi gan.
anyways we walked so many rounds..we were like most of the shops we went in more than once..haha
this is the GREAT difference of getting a present FOR someone and getting a present FROM someone. sounds logical? haha

after that i went back home and then walked to my grandma's house and i saw this billiard-table..smaller than the normal one...my uncle nought it..cost like $100 plus..
looks cool! then after dinner i was playing with my mum..
SO FUNNY! my mum dun really noe how to hit..
and that white ball kept rolling into the holes..
I kept laughing like hell..
and next guess wad?? the white ball flew out of the table. LOL
i dropped down on the ground and was LOL-ing away..HAHAHA

my aunt say i laugh until very loud..hahah
I WAS REALLY MAD LE..lol
it was so fun..hehehe..now i wont feel bored in my grandma's hse le (=
too bad my cousins din come..nvm, we can play on CNY.YAYS! hahaha

today is a mad day. i mean im so mean. keep laughing at ppl..=X
